explains the simple things you can do to stay active and avoid falling.
Falls don’t have to be an investable part of aging. You can get older and not have to fall, and there are things that you can do to help prevent that.
I think one of the biggest things is staying active, getting involved in the community. Find something that you like to do.
It doesn’t have to be, you know, a kickboxing class. It could be something like a line dancing class, going in the community going to parks, something just to be active.
That’s gonna increase your strength and increase your mobility.
And that’s gonna really help prevent falls.
